Hero Client · Platform
Cloud Sync
Your client, identical on every machine — settings, HUD layouts, keybinds, waypoints and profiles, encrypted and synced automatically. Sign out and the local copy stays yours.
What syncs
Six categories, one config surface.
Cloud Sync mirrors the client's own config system — the same validated JSON that lives in your game directory, backed up before every change and mirrored to your account.
Settings
Every client setting — toggles, sliders, validators and preferences — kept identical on every machine.
HUD layouts
Dragged, aligned and snap-to-grid HUD positions, on every version you play.
Keybinds
Your full keybind map, including conflict resolutions — press M, then Keybinds, and it follows you.
Waypoints
Persistent waypoints with colours and names, shared between your worlds and servers.
Screenshots
Screenshot Studio captures synced to your account, organised by world and session.
Profiles
Named settings profiles — per-world and per-server configurations, switched in one click.
How it works
Encrypted. Cross-device. Automatic.
Sync is not a feature you toggle per setting — it is the pipeline every config write flows through, behind your account.
Encrypted
Sync payloads are encrypted before they leave your machine. We store ciphertext — not your settings.
Cross-device
Sign in on any machine and your client arrives configured. Sign out and the local copy stays yours.
Automatic
Sync happens in the background after every config change. No export files, no copy-paste, no drift.
Developers
Get your API token.
The Hero Client public API covers configuration, events and HUD elements. Cloud Sync exposes the same surface to your own tools — read your synced profiles, push waypoint sets, or wire the client into your stack.
- Read and write Hero Client settings programmatically
- Subscribe to client events from your own mods
- Register custom HUD elements via the HUD API
API token
Tokens are scoped per account and revocable at any time. This panel is UI-only until accounts go live.
